Position Overview

As a Scheduler, you are the heartbeat of our operational flow, ensuring that production, installations, and service appointments move with precision.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Strategic Coordination: Create and manage daily schedules based on production plans and resource availability to maximize capacity and reduce downtime.
  • Operational Alignment: Collaborate with production, sales, and shipping to ensure real-time progress is reflected in the schedule.
  • Field Support: Communicate with technicians across Alberta to coordinate jobs and resolve on-site scheduling needs.
  • Administrative Flow: Coordinate with accounting on order clearance, distribute production paperwork, and dispatch order files to shipping daily.
  • Customer Excellence: Respond to inquiries with urgency, send quotes, and provide real-time project updates to maintain our high service standards.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a detail-oriented multitasker who can adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Experience: 2+ years in an office, operations or scheduling environment.
  • Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with dispatching or production planning software is a major asset.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a professional & courteous manner.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Alberta’s geographical areas to effectively coordinate field technicians.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
