The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and strategic sales leader to take the helm of our Winnipeg branch. As the Branch Sales Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and lead a dedicated team of 8–10 direct reports. You will be a pivotal member of our leadership team, championing revenue growth and ensuring our local operations align with Durabuilt’s high standards and core values.Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategic Growth- Develop and execute market business plans and budgets to exceed annual targets.
- Provide hands-on coaching and direction to drive professional team growth.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline visibility, forecasting, and service performance.
- Foster a high-performing culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen customer partnerships through industry expertise and responsiveness.
- Participate directly in high-stakes sales activities and key account management.
- Monitor economic trends and competitive activity to capitalize on new market demands.
- Ensure the branch adheres to all company policies and service expectations.
- Optimize operational processes to ensure speed, consistency, and quality.
- Promote ongoing training to enhance team capability and innovation.
Your Skills & Background
- Education: Degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressively responsible sales leadership.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in home-building or residential/commercial construction is preferred.
- Leadership Style: A "driver" who acts with urgency, takes full ownership of results, and leads with a bias for action.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, a track record of coaching high-performing teams, and a commitment to professional integrity.
