Position Overview

Durabuilt Windows & Doors is a rapidly growing Canadian manufacturing leader.  As we continue to expand our operational footprint in the Saskatchewan market, we are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Saskatoon team.  In this role, you will be the face of our brand, seamlessly blending technical expertise with a passion for building lasting client partnerships.
Reporting to the regional leadership team, you will own the entire sales lifecycle - from the initial walk-in at our design gallery to final project execution.  You will balance administrative precision with a hunger for new revenue, serving as a primary brand ambassador for our high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Growth: Execute growth strategies focused on expanding existing accounts, increasing account value, and identifying new revenue opportunities to meet profitability targets. Support and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with builders and lumberyard distribution partners.
  • Technical Support: Interpret blueprints and spec sheets to perform accurate "take-offs" and generate precise quotes using ERP and Salesforce systems.
  • Customer Experience: Manage gallery walk-ins, handle customer inquiries & provide proactive after-sales follow-up to ensure repeat business.
  • Administrative Precision: Ensure all data is accurately captured in CRM systems and support daily office operations as required.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a talent for technical details.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Industry Expertise: 3+ years in sales or customer service, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
  • Education: A Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Salesforce & ERP software.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading blueprints and managing data in CRM systems is essential.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Reliability: A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Working Conditions
