We are hiring an experienced Residential Installation Supervisor to oversee the training of the installation of windows and doors for high-quality residential projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with European window and door systems, strong leadership skills, communication, and is comfortable traveling to job sites as needed.

We are hiring an experienced Residential Installation Supervisor to oversee the training of the installation of windows and doors for high-quality residential projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with European window and door systems, strong leadership skills, communication, and is comfortable traveling to job sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising in the installation of residential windows and doors
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards
- Work directly with European window and door products and systems
- Perform site visits, measurements, and pre-installation planning
- Train and guide installers to ensure consistent, high-quality workmanship
- Identify and resolve installation issues on-site
- Coordinate with homeowners, project managers, and contractors
- Travel to residential job sites as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential window and door installation
- Hands-on experience with European systems is required
- Prior supervisory or lead installer experience
- Strong knowledge of installation methods, flashing, sealing, and weatherproofing
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation instructions
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-end or custom residential homes
- Familiarity with tilt-turn, lift-and-slide, and multi-point locking systems
- Safety certifications (OSHA or equivalent) are a plus
